Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl, then mix with melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. Prepare your loaf pan by lightly greasing it to prevent sticking.
  4. Stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
  6. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring.
  7. Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
