Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 175°C and grease a loaf pan.
- Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl, then mix with melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Prepare your loaf pan by lightly greasing it to prevent sticking.
- Stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring.
- Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
