- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 3 cups desiccated coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup extra desiccated coconut (for rolling)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, desiccated coconut, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
- Line a tray or plate with parchment paper.
- Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll into smooth balls using your hands.
- Roll each ball in extra desiccated coconut to coat the outside.
- Place the balls on the tray and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Lightly oil your hands to prevent sticking when rolling.
- Use a cookie scoop for uniform sizes.
- Add a pinch of salt to balance the sweetness.
- Store in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for later.
