Description

These no-bake coconut balls are soft, chewy, and bursting with sweet coconut flavor. Made with just three ingredients, they’re quick to prepare and perfect for holidays, parties, or a simple dessert fix.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups desiccated coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup extra desiccated coconut (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, desiccated coconut, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
  3. Line a tray or plate with parchment paper.
  4. Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll into smooth balls using your hands.
  5. Roll each ball in extra desiccated coconut to coat the outside.
  6. Place the balls on the tray and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Lightly oil your hands to prevent sticking when rolling.
  • Use a cookie scoop for uniform sizes.
  • Add a pinch of salt to balance the sweetness.
  • Store in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for later.
