- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until the sugar fully dissolves.
- Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container and ensure the container sits level.
- Freeze the mixture for at least 12 hours or until completely solid.
- Place the frozen pint into the Ninja Creami machine and run the Ice Cream function.
- If the texture appears crumbly, run the Re-Spin function until creamy.
- Add the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies to the ice cream and run the Mix-In function so they distribute evenly.
- Scoop into bowls and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a softer texture, run the Re-Spin cycle once or twice.
- Crush the cookies into mixed sizes so you get both fine crumbs and crunchy chunks.
- If storing leftovers, re-spin the ice cream after freezing to restore the creamy texture.
