Description

A rich and creamy frozen dessert made in the Ninja Creami, blending vanilla ice cream with crunchy chocolate sandwich cookies for the perfect balance of smooth and crunchy textures.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until the sugar fully dissolves.
  2. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container and ensure the container sits level.
  3. Freeze the mixture for at least 12 hours or until completely solid.
  4. Place the frozen pint into the Ninja Creami machine and run the Ice Cream function.
  5. If the texture appears crumbly, run the Re-Spin function until creamy.
  6. Add the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies to the ice cream and run the Mix-In function so they distribute evenly.
  7. Scoop into bowls and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a softer texture, run the Re-Spin cycle once or twice.
  • Crush the cookies into mixed sizes so you get both fine crumbs and crunchy chunks.
  • If storing leftovers, re-spin the ice cream after freezing to restore the creamy texture.
