Description
Cookies Made From Brownie Mix are rich, chewy, and chocolatey treats that come together quickly using a simple box of brownie mix, perfect for when you need an easy and decadent dessert.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 box (18–20 oz) brownie mix
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, flour, oil, and eggs. Stir until a thick dough forms.
- Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers still look slightly soft.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For fudgier cookies, slightly underbake them and let them firm up while cooling.
- Add chopped nuts, candy pieces, or swirl in caramel for extra flavor.
- Store cookies in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
