Description

Cookies Made From Brownie Mix are rich, chewy, and chocolatey treats that come together quickly using a simple box of brownie mix, perfect for when you need an easy and decadent dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box (18–20 oz) brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, flour, oil, and eggs. Stir until a thick dough forms.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers still look slightly soft.
  6. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • For fudgier cookies, slightly underbake them and let them firm up while cooling.
  • Add chopped nuts, candy pieces, or swirl in caramel for extra flavor.
  • Store cookies in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
