- 1 cup shredded lettuce

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 equal patties.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 4–5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
- Spread cream cheese evenly on the bottom halves of the toasted buns.
- Place cooked beef patties on the buns, then top each with 2 crispy crab rangoons.
- Add sliced tomato, onion, and shredded lettuce on top.
- Cover with the top halves of the buns and serve immediately.
Notes
- For homemade crab rangoon, stuff wonton wrappers with cream cheese and crab meat, then fry until golden.
- Add a drizzle of sriracha or spicy mayo for extra kick.
