Description

The Crab Rangoon Surf and Turf Burger is a creative fusion dish combining a juicy beef patty topped with crispy crab rangoon, cream cheese, and fresh greens. This burger delivers a delightful mix of savory flavors and crunchy textures, perfect for adventurous food lovers.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 hamburger buns, toasted
  • 8 crab rangoon (store-bought or homemade), cooked and crispy
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef with soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 equal patties.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 4–5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
  3. Spread cream cheese evenly on the bottom halves of the toasted buns.
  4. Place cooked beef patties on the buns, then top each with 2 crispy crab rangoons.
  5. Add sliced tomato, onion, and shredded lettuce on top.
  6. Cover with the top halves of the buns and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For homemade crab rangoon, stuff wonton wrappers with cream cheese and crab meat, then fry until golden.
  • Add a drizzle of sriracha or spicy mayo for extra kick.
  • Serve with fries or a side salad for a complete meal.
