Description

Ingredients

  • Croissants: 4 large, day-old
  • Cream Cheese: 8 ounces, softened
  • Powdered Sugar: 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Heavy Cream: 2 tablespoons
  • Hot Honey: 1/4 cup, plus more for drizzling
  • Unsalted Butter: 2 tablespoons, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream. Beat until fluffy and fully combined.
  3. Slice croissants horizontally, keeping one edge intact. Lightly brush the tops with melted butter.
  4. Pipe or spoon the cream filling into each croissant generously. Place them on the baking sheet.
