- 18–20 cooked meatballs
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 12 slider buns
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Warm the meatballs and mix the cranberry sauce with a splash of water to loosen it.
- Arrange bottom halves of slider buns in the baking dish.
- Place one meatball on each bun and spoon cranberry sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over each meatball and place the top bun over each.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush over the tops of the buns.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake for 5 more minutes until golden and melty.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
