  • 2 tablespoons shelled pistachios, chopped
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Let the feta and cream cheese come to room temperature for easier blending.
  2. In a food processor, blend feta, cream cheese, olive oil, honey, and salt until smooth and fluffy.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine dried cranberries, a splash of water, honey, and orange zest. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until thickened. Let cool.
  4. Spoon the whipped feta into a shallow bowl, swirling it with a spoon to create ridges.
