Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, beat butter, cream cheese, and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
- Gradually stir in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Use a cookie scoop to form dough balls, then roll each in granulated sugar.
- Place dough balls on prepared baking sheets about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 9–11 minutes until edges are lightly golden but centers remain soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
