Description

A creamy, comforting pasta dish with tender broccoli and a rich parmesan sauce that comes together quickly for an easy and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 250 grams pasta
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add broccoli and cook until tender.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and stir gently.
  6. Add parmesan cheese and mix until smooth.
  7. Drain pasta and add it to the sauce, mixing until well coated.
