Ingredients

  • 2 cups water or chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (optional)

  • 1 lemon, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook rice in water or chicken broth according to package instructions. Once cooked, fluff with a fork and stir in chopped parsley and dill. Set aside.
