- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth

- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Sear the chicken in the skillet until golden brown on both sides, about 5-6 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and scrape up any brown bits from the pan.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream, thyme, and parmesan cheese. Simmer for 3-4 minutes to thicken slightly.
- Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for another 5 minutes until heated through.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
