- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups milk or water
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup banana slices
- 1/4 cup berries (blueberries or strawberries)
- 2 tbsp mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring milk or water to a gentle boil. Stir in the oats and a pinch of salt.
- Reduce heat and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until creamy and tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in honey or maple syrup.
- Spoon the oatmeal into a bowl and top with banana slices, berries, and nuts.
- Drizzle peanut butter over the top and sprinkle chia seeds if using.
- Serve warm and enjoy.

- Use almond or soy milk for a dairy-free option.
- You can substitute peanut butter with almond butter or cashew butter.
