Description

A warm and comforting oatmeal bowl made creamy with milk, topped with fresh fruit, crunchy nuts, and a drizzle of peanut butter for a hearty and nutritious breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups milk or water
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup banana slices
  • 1/4 cup berries (blueberries or strawberries)
  • 2 tbsp mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, bring milk or water to a gentle boil. Stir in the oats and a pinch of salt.
  2. Reduce heat and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until creamy and tender.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in honey or maple syrup.
  4. Spoon the oatmeal into a bowl and top with banana slices, berries, and nuts.
  5. Drizzle peanut butter over the top and sprinkle chia seeds if using.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use almond or soy milk for a dairy-free option.
  • You can substitute peanut butter with almond butter or cashew butter.
