Description

A rich and comforting creamy pasta with tender mushrooms and fresh spinach, coated in a silky garlic parmesan sauce that comes together quickly for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 250 grams pasta
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 200 grams mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add garlic and mushrooms, sauté until soft and slightly golden.
  5. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and stir gently.
  7. Add cooked pasta and mix well to coat.
  8. Stir in grated parmesan cheese until the sauce becomes creamy.
  9. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  10. Adjust the sauce with a bit of pasta water if needed, then serve warm.
