- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
- 12 ounces rotini pasta, cooked al dente
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13 casserole dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together sour cream, cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning, milk, chicken broth, and black pepper until smooth.
- Add cooked pasta and shredded chicken to the bowl and mix gently to coat.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish and top evenly with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 5–10 minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
