Description

Creamy Tuscan Shrimp Skillet is a quick and comforting one-pan meal featuring plump shrimp simmered in a rich garlic cream sauce with sun-dried tomatoes and spinach. Perfect for busy weeknights or cozy dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  2. Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
  3. Lower the heat to medium and sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes for 1–2 minutes.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add spinach and stir until wilted.
  6. Return shrimp to the pan and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
  7. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  8. Serve hot over pasta, rice, or with bread.

Notes

  • Use large shrimp to prevent overcooking.
  • Do not boil the cream to avoid curdling.
  • Freshly grated parmesan gives the best flavor and texture.
