- 1 pound ground beef

- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup milk (optional, for extra creaminess)
- Fresh parsley or basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Stir in marinara sauce and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 8–10 minutes to let the flavors blend.
- Reduce heat to low and add the cubed Velveeta cheese. Stir until completely melted and creamy. Add milk if desired for a thinner sauce.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss until well coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley or basil if desired.
