Description

Crispy Boneless Chicken Thighs are a simple and flavorful dish made by pan-searing or oven-roasting seasoned boneless, skinless chicken thighs until golden brown and crispy on the outside while remaining juicy and tender on the inside.


Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and thyme.
  3. Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken thighs.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Place chicken thighs smooth side down in the skillet and cook undisturbed for 5–7 minutes until deeply golden and crispy.
  6. Flip and cook the other side for another 5–6 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, press the chicken down lightly with a spatula while cooking.
  • Can also be baked at 425°F (220°C) for 25–30 minutes for a hands-off method.
  • Serve with roasted vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
