Description
Crispy Boneless Chicken Thighs are a simple and flavorful dish made by pan-searing or oven-roasting seasoned boneless, skinless chicken thighs until golden brown and crispy on the outside while remaining juicy and tender on the inside.
Ingredients
Scale
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme (optional)
Instructions
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and thyme.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken thighs.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place chicken thighs smooth side down in the skillet and cook undisturbed for 5–7 minutes until deeply golden and crispy.
- Flip and cook the other side for another 5–6 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, press the chicken down lightly with a spatula while cooking.
- Can also be baked at 425°F (220°C) for 25–30 minutes for a hands-off method.
- Serve with roasted vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
