Description

Ingredients

  • 800 grams potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves, lightly crushed
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary or thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
  2. Place the potatoes in a pot, cover with water, and boil for 8 minutes.
  3. Drain the potatoes and let them sit briefly to dry, then shake them gently to rough up the edges.
  4. Transfer the potatoes to a bowl, add olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic, and herbs, then toss well.
  5. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast for 35 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  7. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.
