Description
This Crunchy Pepperoni Wrap is loaded with savory turkey, crisp veggies, melty mozzarella, and mini pepperoni all wrapped in a golden cheese crust. It’s quick, satisfying, and perfect for any meal of the day.
Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 4 to 5 slices turkey
- 2 large romaine lettuce leaves
- 3 to 4 tomato slices
- 2 tablespoons creamy ranch dressing
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Warm a non-stick skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
- Toss turkey slices with a pinch of salt and pepper. Prepare the veggies and dressing.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese in a round shape in the center of the skillet. Top with mini pepperoni slices and let melt until edges are golden, about 3–5 minutes.
- Slide the cheese round onto parchment paper. Layer turkey, lettuce, tomato, and ranch on one half.
- Let the cheese cool for 30 seconds, then fold over into a tight wrap with help of the parchment.
- Slice the wrap in half. Optional: reheat briefly in the pan to re-crisp edges.
- Serve warm or wrap for a grab-and-go meal.
Notes
- Pat veggies dry to avoid sogginess.
- Don’t overfill the wrap to keep it intact.
- Use parchment paper to help with wrapping and prevent sticking.
