Ingredients

- 500g minced chicken
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine minced chicken, chopped onion, green chilies, coriander, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, cumin, and salt.
- Add the egg and breadcrumbs, mix well to form a smooth mixture.
- Shape the mixture into small, round patties.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the patties until golden brown and cooked through, about 4–5 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
Notes
- Adjust spice levels according to your taste preference.
- For a healthier option, bake the patties at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve with mint chutney or tamarind sauce for authentic flavor.
