Description

A quick and flavorful garlic chicken wrap made with tender, seasoned chicken, fresh vegetables, and a creamy garlic sauce all wrapped in a soft tortilla. Perfect for lunch or a light dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast (shredded or sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add cooked chicken, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for 2–3 minutes until warmed through. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt) with lemon juice to make the garlic sauce.
  3. Warm the tortillas briefly in a pan or microwave for pliability.
  4. Assemble each wrap by spreading the garlic sauce on the tortilla, then adding lettuce, tomatoes, chicken mixture, and shredded cheese.
  5. Fold the sides and roll up tightly. Serve immediately or grill for 1–2 minutes for a crispy finish.
