- 2 cups dry pasta
- 2 cans canned tuna, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, tuna, cream of mushroom soup, milk, chopped onion, salt, black pepper, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Transfer the mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with remaining cheese, breadcrumbs, and drizzle melted butter over the top.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Cook pasta just until al dente to avoid a mushy texture
- Use freshly grated cheese for better melting
