Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are savory, handheld bites packed with seasoned ground beef and melty cheese, all wrapped in golden dough and brushed with garlic butter. They’re perfect for parties, game days, or a fun twist on burger night.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (for butter)
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Stir in ketchup and mustard. Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then mix in shredded cheese.
  4. Flatten each biscuit round into a 4-inch circle. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture into the center of each.
  5. Fold dough around filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Mix melted butter with garlic powder. Brush the tops of the dough balls with the garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm with dipping sauce like ketchup, mustard, or ranch.

Notes

  • For added flavor, stuff each bomb with a pickle slice or caramelized onion before sealing.
  • Use pre-shredded cheese for convenience, or swap in pepper jack for a spicy twist.
  • These can be prepped ahead and stored in the fridge, then baked just before serving.
