Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  2. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  3. Line a mini muffin pan with liners or use a silicone mold.
  4. Spoon the mixture evenly into each mold, filling about 3/4 full.
  5. Top with extra chocolate chips if desired.
  6. Freeze for at least 2-3 hours or until solid.
  7. Pop out and store in an airtight container in the freezer. Let sit at room temp for 2-3 minutes before eating.
