Description

A refreshing and vibrant frozen mixed berry smoothie made with Greek yogurt, banana, and almond milk. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or post-workout sips.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups frozen mixed berries
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium banana, frozen
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add frozen mixed berries, banana, yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract to the blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30 to 45 seconds.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  4. Pour into a glass and garnish with berries or mint if desired.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy cold.

Notes

  • Use a high-speed blender for the smoothest texture.
  • Let berries thaw slightly before blending to ease the process.
  • Add a splash more milk if the smoothie is too thick.
  • Freeze leftovers in popsicle molds for a tasty treat.
