- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until combined. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and glossy.
- Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until edges are set and center is slightly soft.
- Cool in the pan for 30 minutes. Lift out and let cool completely before slicing.
- Cut into squares and serve as desired.
Notes
- Do not overmix after adding the flour to keep brownies fudgy.
- Chill before slicing for cleaner cuts.
- Add a sprinkle of sea salt on top for extra flavor.
- Store in airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
