- 2 cups Sour Cream
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) Cream of Chicken Soup
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
- 1/2 cup Diced Onion
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 cups Cornflakes, crushed
- Chopped Fresh Parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, diced onions, salt, pepper, and thawed hash browns. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix crushed cornflakes with melted butter until well coated. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the casserole.
- Bake uncovered for 45 to 50 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
