- 500 grams lobster meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 whole lemon, cut into halves
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Lightly coat the skillet with oil.
- Add the lobster pieces to the skillet and pour the garlic butter mixture over them.
- Cook for 4 to 6 minutes, turning occasionally until the lobster is opaque and tender.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the lobster and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve warm.
