Juicy garlic butter steak bites paired with rich, creamy Parmesan shells make for a perfect, indulgent dinner combination.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- 8 oz shell pasta
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak bites with salt and pepper, then cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt 3 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Return steak bites to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat and set aside.
- Meanwhile, cook shell pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot used for the pasta, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir the cooked pasta into the creamy Parmesan sauce until well coated.
- Serve the steak bites on top of the creamy Parmesan shells and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
Notes
- You can use any cut of steak you prefer, such as ribeye or tenderloin.
- Add sautéed vegetables like mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor and nutrition.
- For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
