Description

Juicy garlic butter steak bites paired with rich, creamy Parmesan shells make for a perfect, indulgent dinner combination.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • 8 oz shell pasta
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak bites with salt and pepper, then cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, melt 3 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Return steak bites to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Meanwhile, cook shell pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  5. In the same pot used for the pasta, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Stir the cooked pasta into the creamy Parmesan sauce until well coated.
  7. Serve the steak bites on top of the creamy Parmesan shells and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.

Notes

  • You can use any cut of steak you prefer, such as ribeye or tenderloin.
  • Add sautéed vegetables like mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor and nutrition.
  • For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
