  • 300 grams chicken, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 medium onion, sliced

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add vegetable oil.
  2. Season the chicken pieces with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. Add the sliced potatoes to the skillet and cook until golden and crispy, stirring occasionally.
