Description

This Gingerbread Tiramisu is a festive no-bake dessert that combines the cozy spices of gingerbread with the creamy richness of classic tiramisu. Perfect for holidays or winter gatherings.

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ¼ cups strong brewed coffee
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 24 ladyfinger cookies
  • 6 to 8 gingerbread cookies, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: No need to preheat. Set out your mixing bowls and dish.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. In another bowl, beat mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla, and spices until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
  3. Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Pour coffee into a shallow dish. Arrange ingredients and tools for easy access.
  4. Assemble the Dish: Quickly dip ladyfingers in coffee and layer in a 9×9 dish. Spread half the cream mixture. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the rest of the cream.
