Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, coconut sugar, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Stir in almond flour, baking soda, and salt until a dough forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing each about 2 inches apart.
- Lightly press each dough ball to flatten slightly.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are golden and centers look slightly soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
- Let the dough rest for 15 minutes before baking for better texture.
- Press extra chocolate chips on top before baking for a bakery-style look.
