- 1 large ripe avocado
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente.
