- 2 cups dry fusilli pasta
- 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup basil pesto
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the fusilli pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let cool slightly.
- Grill chicken breasts until fully cooked, then slice into strips and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the pasta with basil pesto until evenly coated.
- Add cherry tomatoes, baby spinach, and grilled chicken slices to the bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss gently to combine.
