- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Grill for 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through. Let rest before slicing.
- Warm the tortillas slightly in a dry skillet or microwave to make them pliable.
- Spread mayonnaise and mustard on each tortilla.

- Roll the tortillas tightly into wraps.
