Description

A fresh and vibrant grilled salmon salad paired with a creamy cilantro lime dressing. Perfect for lunch or a light dinner, it’s packed with flavor, texture, and wholesome ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 large avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, packed
  • 1/4 cup lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Season salmon fillets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill salmon for 3–4 minutes per side until just cooked through. Let rest.
  4. Blend cilantro, lime juice, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, honey, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  5. Arrange mixed salad greens in bowls. Add tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and avocado.
  6. Top salad with grilled salmon fillets.
  7. Drizzle with creamy cilantro lime dressing and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Chill the dressing for 10 minutes before serving for enhanced flavor.
