- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup croutons, crushed (optional for extra crunch)
- Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Grill shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side, or until opaque and lightly charred. Remove from heat.
- Warm tortillas slightly in a dry skillet or microwave to make them pliable.
- Assemble each wrap by layering chopped romaine, grilled shrimp, Parmesan cheese, Caesar dressing, and croutons if using.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly into a wrap.
- Slice in half and serve with lemon wedges if desired.

- Use pre-cooked shrimp for a quicker version—just season and lightly grill or sauté.
- For a healthier option, use whole wheat tortillas and light Caesar dressing.
