Description

Grilled Shrimp Caesar Wraps are a fresh and satisfying meal featuring juicy grilled shrimp, crisp romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and creamy Caesar dressing all wrapped in a soft tortilla. Perfect for lunch or a light dinner.

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup croutons, crushed (optional for extra crunch)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side, or until opaque and lightly charred. Remove from heat.
  4. Warm tortillas slightly in a dry skillet or microwave to make them pliable.
  5. Assemble each wrap by layering chopped romaine, grilled shrimp, Parmesan cheese, Caesar dressing, and croutons if using.
  6. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly into a wrap.
  7. Slice in half and serve with lemon wedges if desired.

Notes

  • Use pre-cooked shrimp for a quicker version—just season and lightly grill or sauté.
  • For a healthier option, use whole wheat tortillas and light Caesar dressing.
