- 1 small onion, diced

- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
- Optional: chopped tomatoes, sliced jalapeños, chopped cilantro
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the diced onion and minced garlic until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, season with taco seasoning, and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Pour in water and stir, allowing the beef mixture to simmer for 5 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- To assemble, place a few spoonfuls of the beef mixture onto each tortilla.
- Top with lettuce, cheese, sour cream, and salsa (and optional toppings, if desired).
- Roll up the tortillas and serve immediately.
