- 400g Hokkien noodles
- 300g chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup snow peas or bok choy
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Soak or microwave Hokkien noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and onion; sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken slices and cook until browned and fully cooked.
- Add carrots and snow peas; stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
- Add noodles to the pan and toss to combine.
- Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Stir-fry everything together until evenly coated and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with chopped green onions.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken with shrimp, beef, or tofu.
- Add chili sauce for a spicy version.
- Use pre-cooked Hokkien noodles for quicker prep.
