Description

A juicy pork tenderloin coated in a rich honey garlic glaze that is sweet, savory, and perfectly caramelized.


Ingredients

  • 500 grams pork tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat with a bit of oil.
  4. Place the pork tenderloin in the skillet and sear on all sides until golden.
  5. Pour the glaze over the pork and transfer to the oven, cook for about 20 minutes while occasionally spooning glaze over it.
  6. Remove from oven and let it rest for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  7. Slice into medallions and drizzle extra glaze on top before serving.
