- 500 grams pork tenderloin
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C.
- In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, black pepper, and salt.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat with a bit of oil.
- Place the pork tenderloin in the skillet and sear on all sides until golden.
- Pour the glaze over the pork and transfer to the oven, cook for about 20 minutes while occasionally spooning glaze over it.
- Remove from oven and let it rest for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Slice into medallions and drizzle extra glaze on top before serving.
