Description
Juicy hot dogs grilled on skewers and brushed with a sticky-sweet Sriracha glaze, topped with sesame seeds and cilantro for a spicy, fun twist on a classic favorite.

- 8 hot dogs
- 3 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Whisk together Sriracha, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and vegetable oil in a bowl.
- Lightly oil grill grates or pan to prevent sticking.
- Cut hot dogs into 3 pieces each and thread onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly charred.
- Brush with glaze during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Transfer to platter, sprinkle with sesame seeds and cilantro, and serve hot.
Notes
- If using wooden skewers, soak them for 20 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less Sriracha.
- Reserve extra glaze as a dipping sauce for added flavor.
