- 1.5 pounds raw chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 12 ounces tagliatelle pasta
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella balls, torn
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4–5 fresh thyme sprigs
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt, plus more for pasta water
Instructions
- Preheat Your Equipment: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease your baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
- Combine Ingredients: Boil the tagliatelle until just under al dente, then drain and set aside. Toss chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and thyme. In a small pan, warm honey with red pepper flakes.
- Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Layer the cooked pasta in the baking dish. Add the seasoned chicken on top, then scatter tomatoes and drizzle the hot honey. Add mozzarella evenly across the top.
- Assemble the Dish: Lightly toss to coat ingredients, making sure chicken remains mostly on top.
- Cook to Perfection: Bake for 25–30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted. Optionally broil for 2–3 minutes for a golden finish.
- Finishing Touches: Add a final drizzle of hot honey and sprinkle extra thyme before serving.
