Description

Bright, juicy green grapes coated in sweet and tangy flavored gelatin powder, chilled to perfection for a fun, candy-like snack that is refreshing and easy to make.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 900 grams seedless green grapes, about 6 cups
  • 85 grams flavored gelatin powder, one 3 ounce box

Instructions

  1. Rinse the grapes thoroughly in a colander and drain well.
  2. Pat the grapes lightly with paper towels, leaving them slightly damp so the gelatin powder can stick.
  3. Place the grapes into a large mixing bowl.
  4. Sprinkle the flavored gelatin powder evenly over the grapes.
  5. Gently toss or shake the bowl to coat the grapes evenly without crushing them.
  6. Transfer the coated grapes to an airtight container.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the coating to set.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy.

Notes

  • Make sure the grapes are not overly wet, as excess moisture can cause clumping.
  • You can use red seedless grapes as an alternative for a sweeter flavor.
  • For a lighter option, use sugar free flavored gelatin powder.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days in an airtight container.
