Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
- Lightly grease a medium casserole dish with olive oil.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the prepared casserole dish.
- Distribute the sliced jalapeno peppers evenly over the mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese across the top.
- Bake for 25 minutes, until the cheese is melted, bubbling, and lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and allow the casserole to rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
