- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup potato chips, crushed
- 1/4 cup pretzels, broken into small pieces
- 1/4 cup toffee bits
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the egg and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and blend.
- Fold in chocolate chips, potato chips, pretzels, and toffee bits.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are set and tops are lightly browned.
- Remove from oven and allow cookies to cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transfer to a wire rack.
Notes

- Don’t overbake; cookies should remain soft in the center.
