Description

Kitchen Sink Cookies are a sweet and salty treat filled with a little bit of everything — chocolate chips, pretzels, potato chips, and more. Each bite is a perfect blend of texture and flavor!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup potato chips, crushed
  • 1/4 cup pretzels, broken into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup toffee bits

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in the egg and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and blend.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips, potato chips, pretzels, and toffee bits.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are set and tops are lightly browned.
  9. Remove from oven and allow cookies to cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transfer to a wire rack.

Notes

  • Add whatever sweet or salty snacks you have on hand for a personalized twist.
  • Don’t overbake; cookies should remain soft in the center.
  • Pair with a glass of milk for the ultimate treat.
