- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked shredded chicken with salt and black pepper until evenly seasoned.

- Place one tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle half of the cheddar and mozzarella over one side, add a layer of seasoned chicken, then fold the tortilla in half.

- Remove from heat and let rest briefly before slicing into wedges.
