Description

Lebanese Lemon Garlic Chicken is a flavorful and aromatic dish featuring tender chicken marinated in a zesty lemon and garlic mixture, then grilled or roasted to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs or breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken to the marinade, ensuring it is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for more flavor.
  3. Preheat grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill or roast the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and juices run clear.
