Scale
- 4 chicken thighs or breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested

- 1 tbsp fresh thyme (optional)
Instructions

- Remove the chicken from the grill or oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and thyme, if using, and serve with rice or a salad.
Notes
- Serve with a side of hummus, tabbouleh, or pita bread for a complete meal.
- You can use chicken legs or wings for a more casual, finger-food option.
- Adjust the amount of garlic and lemon to suit your taste preferences.
