- 300 grams green beans, trimmed
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Add butter to the skillet and let it melt.
- Place the chicken in the skillet in a single layer and add green beans around it.
- Cook for 6 to 7 minutes on each side until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic halfway through cooking and stir gently.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the dish and sprinkle lemon zest.
- Serve warm directly from the skillet.
