Description

Juicy chicken cooked in a rich lemon garlic butter sauce with crisp green beans, all made in one skillet for a quick and flavorful meal.


Ingredients

  • 500 grams chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 300 grams green beans, trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. Add butter to the skillet and let it melt.
  4. Place the chicken in the skillet in a single layer and add green beans around it.
  5. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes on each side until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
  6. Add minced garlic halfway through cooking and stir gently.
  7. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the dish and sprinkle lemon zest.
  8. Serve warm directly from the skillet.
