- 1.5 to 2 pounds turkey tenderloin
- 5 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and have a baking dish ready.
- In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, zest, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear turkey on all sides until golden, about 5 minutes.
- Transfer turkey to baking dish. Pour lemon-garlic mix over it and dot with butter cubes.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), basting once halfway through.
- Remove and let rest for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Slice and serve with pan sauce drizzled over top.
